Bio

Jesse started in the film industry in 2012, working his way up from PA to 2nd Assistant Director by 2016. After a period of self reflection he realized his favorite parts about set were the support he was able to provide his team members and he began exploring how to better employ that skillset.
An avid rock climber and outdoorsman Jesse had always held his first aid certification and a quiet love for field medicine, and so he started on his path to becoming an EMT and your favorite Set Medic; achieving full licensure in 2021.

Jesse graduated with honors from Pasadena City College in 2023 attaining an Associate’s in Health Science. In 2024 he will begin a Nursing program to achieve his Bachelor’s in Nursing and licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Outside of work he volunteers with Pasadena Fire Department’s EMS Reserve program, providing BLS care to the public on 911 calls and during Rose Bowl events. Receiving training and experience from the PFD Paramedics and medical leadership.

Jesse is well known for his friendly attitude, open heart, sharp mind, and love for nature and gardening.

A background in Filmmaking, years of experience in emergency medicine, continued experience and training with the fire service, and additional knowledge through his academic pursuits; Jesse is an incredibly well rounded Medic with a specialty in the type of care expected of a quality film industry Medic.
